    Thank you for your continued support and trust. With the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) approaching, we’d like to share our holiday schedule and what to expect for orders, shipping, and customer support.

    Good news: our website stays open, and orders will still be processed daily during the holiday.

    Special Holiday Note (out-of-stock items/other countries):

    During the Spring Festival holiday, any out-of-stock items will ship in a single batch after our US restock in March. If you’re happy to wait, we’ll provide a 15% refund compensation after your order ships.

    Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) is the most important holiday in China—a time for families to reunite, travel home, and celebrate the new year together. Our team will be taking a short break, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

    1) Holiday Schedule

    • Holiday: Feb 8–Feb 23, 2026 (16 days in total)

    • Back to work: Feb 24, 2026

    2) Order Processing (Processed Daily)

    We will process orders every day during the holiday.

    • In-stock items: processed within 24 hours (subject to staffing; minor delays may occur, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving).

    • Out-of-stock items: please see the inventory & shipping rules below.

    3) Email Support (Replies Every 3 Days)

    During the holiday, customer support will run on a reduced schedule:

    • Pre-sales & after-sales emails: replied to every 3 days

    B. In-Stock Products: Processed Within 24 Hours

    For all products marked ✅ In Stock, we will complete order processing within 24 hours and arrange shipment as soon as possible.

    Destination note:

    • United States: In-stock orders ship as normal (carrier transit time may vary).

    • Outside the United States: Orders will be shipped together after the March restock.

    C. Out-of-Stock Products: Ships After March US Restock + 15% Refund Compensation

    Products marked ❌ Out of Stock will ship after the March US restock arrives (actual warehouse arrival/shelving times may change).

    To thank you for your patience, eligible orders will receive:

    • 15% refund compensation (after shipment): We will refund 15% of the order amount after the item ships.

    • Applies only to: orders that must wait for the March restock due to being marked Out of Stock on the inventory list.
