Tips:

1. The above fast shipping time only supports the main continent of each country, please contact customer service for the shipping time of other affiliated islands. Shipping to any PO Boxes is not offered.

2. We prioritize fulfillment from local warehouses. If an item is out of stock and must ship from another location, delivery times may be longer. We will notify you by email for confirmation.

3. The carriers listed above are those we use most frequently, though alternative carriers may be used when necessary.

Need to pay the shipping fee

In addition to the free shipping service provided by the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and EU countries, please consult customer service for shipping costs in other countries.

Shipping Time

The shipping time is generally 3-7 business days. If it happens to be out of stock, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 business days, please understand.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

All our products will be shipped by express methods like DHL, FedEx, etc. We will use our discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Tracking Order

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatched email. You can check your order directly at “Track Order” on our website.

If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.

Taxes and duties

UK & EU
For UK and EU countries customers we will charge an additional tax based on the local tax rate. This means you need to pay the final sale price and tax when shopping in SANYIPACE.
Other countries do not charge taxes.

Note: During public holidays, since courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately, this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
