FAQs
Yes, we offer a 30-day return period for our water well inspection camera. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., not needed, wrong order), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service at: service@sanyipace.com.
Most of our Push Camera purchase links have three options: NONE, U8R, and S68R for you to choose from. "NONE" is without a locator.
This may be because the red power button on your 400ft push rod camera is broken. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service at: service@sanyipace.com.
Usually, the water well inspection camera can be expected to operate within a range of 3.0-5.0 meters (10.0-16.5 ft).
Yes, our stand-up 400ft push rod camera is equipped with a meter counter. This function can display the camera's advancement distance in the pipe in real time, helping users to accurately locate the problem area and improve inspection efficiency.
For example, the S810ASMKT model of the Sanyipace stand-up 400ft push rod camera is equipped with an upgraded meter counter, which can more accurately display the camera's position in the pipe and support meter/foot unit switching.
Check if the Push Camera counter is damaged or loose: Check if the counter components are intact and if they are loose, broken, or falling off.
Clean the counter sensor: Dirt or impurities may cover the sensor, causing the counter to not read accurately. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the sensor to make sure it is clean.
Check the Push Camera's power supply and connection cables: Make sure the Push Camera has sufficient power and all connection cables are secure and intact. Insufficient power or a poor connection may cause the counter to not work properly.
If you have tried the above methods and the problem is still not solved, please contact us, and we will give you a perfect solution!
