Touch Screen Sewer Camera with Self-leveling and Meter Counter

This sewer camera has been really great to use. Very easy to use and the touchscreen is very responsive. Image quality is great. I did want to write a review because of the great customer service experience I had. My first two sewer video pipe inspections went great. When I went to do my third sewer inspection there was lines popping in and out on video as I pulled the cable out and my screen would go blank, but it would still record. I emailed customer support and told them about the issue I was experiencing. They sent me detailed instructions as well as videos to troubleshoot so they could determine what was going on. We emailed as well as used the WhatsApp. After doing my test they concluded that it was a malfunction with the distance counter. They had one in the US and sent it to me as quickly as they could. I did change that part out and it fixed the issue. When I pulled the extra terminal connector off of the block, I actually damaged a piece of the connector they sent me which I believe I can glue back, but have not done that yet. I was still able to plug in the connector and it worked, but this was damaged that I caused myself. I let customer Support know what I did and ask them if they could send me another one and that I would pay for it. They could have easily told me how much the part was and I would have paid it but instead, they sent me another one free of charge. This one was coming from China so it was gonna take a little while to get here, but it really meant a lot that they were willing to do that. The customer support that I got from the company was amazing and that is a huge plus cause sometimes stuff is gonna happen. It��s important that when stuff like that happens that the company has your back. They did an excellent job taking care of my issue and I look forward to using this product more and more and will definitely give an updated review in the future. Thank you Sanyipace!

Very nice build sewer camera with 7 mm cable. perfect for going couple elbows and turns. used couple times no issues so far. Time and date has to be change for every use which is a nuisance but other then that Sewer scope is perfect quality wise. I am a home inspector so works for me

I'm an inspector and general contractor and needed a great camera to perform sewer scope inspections and more. This was the best purchase ever making my job more efficient and easier to perform. The images are clear, audio is crisp and the media is easily transferable with the memory card that is provided. I would highly recommend this product!

The touch screen responds quickly and the picture is very clear. Used it 5 times and no problems for the time being.

Half a year ago, I told customer service Lisa that I wanted to upgrade to a touch screen camera, but she said she didn''t have one. Unexpectedly, she contacted me again half a year later to tell me that the production was completed. I was very satisfied with the model I purchased before, so I completed the purchase immediately. Yes I like product very much wish the the camera probe could be upgrade with a 360 version but it can't.

The product is great and the customer service is even better. I run a small inspection business and have tried multiple sewer cameras. This one has been by far the best on in this price range. I would recommend it to anybody who does sewer inspections.

This is a great camera, used it many times for Inspections locating pipes and walls coming down from the vent stacks in the roof my one and only complaint. It��s user-friendly and I really like the touchscreen monitorI��d like to see a better monitor screen while using it outdoors, it can be quite hard to see in the sun.

Excellent Image Quality

I can't pronounce who makes it but I do love the camera. I appreciate that the locator is rechargeable and not battery operated. Too many times I have heard that batteries are dead or non existent and they have to be purchased. I saw a buddy of mine using this camera on a service call which prompted me to get one. Video quality is great, SD card and rolling head attachment are good features as well.

Good product for the money. I have had a few problems but were quickly addressed by the manufacture.

Very happy with the product, had one small issue with the camera after some use but there customer support is amazing and they stood behind their warranty and I had one in 2 days, would for sure recommend

I'm 35yr in plumbing business and i have this camera almost 1year as back up camera for my needs, the screen very clear but the cable very stiff very hard to push on 4' cast iron pipe because the spring very flimsy every time i push the head make u turn wont even make turn 2 90deg elbow 4' pipe, until camera gives up on you, i don't recommend this due to the cable stiffness and short spring head, you be lucky if you able push 25'
